great dogs deserve great walks
Pet care experience
I live in Park Circle and love to take my pup out on walks around the neighborhood. If you have an especially long day at work coming up and want your dog to spend some time out and about during the day, please contact me! It would be best for me if we could meet before I walk your dog(s) to make sure it is a good match, though I'm sure it will be! Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns and I will be quick to respond!

I cannot say enough about Kristyn as a pet sitter for our sweet boys. She is very trustworthy and flexible, helping us out last minute on many occasions and during the holidays. We have two large dogs, one of them with "special needs" and she has been wonderful to them. She has stayed in our home and it is always spotless when we return. Kristyn not only stays the night with our boys to keep their routine, but takes them on walks and sends us frequent photo updates! Our family HIGHLY recommends her to take care of your four (or three) legged children.
Kristyn has watched our dogs and cat many times and she is so great with them. She’s patient and attentive and sends pictures so we don’t have to worry about our animals while we are away. I certainly trust her and will have her watch our pets again!

My house has a large fenced in back yard that is great for running around and playing fetch. There is a small wooded area that Josie loves to explore, she is frequently finding forgotten toys. Inside dogs can walk all around the house, at night time Josie sleeps in her kennel to prevent wandering about the house.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors I need to prepare for. Does your dog have mobility issues? Do they walk with a specific harness? Should I avoid giving treats and instead focus on verbal cues to communicate good behavior?
A typical day
I like to make walks exciting. We will walk, skip, and run (very short distances). I always have treats to reinforce positive behaviors and we definitely are stopping to smell the flowers. Walking is supposed to be a stimulating and fun activity for our pooches.

Right now I am working part time and have found myself with some open hours throughout the week. My availability is Monday-Thursday afternoons and Saturday during the day.
