I have a big fenced in yard that is full of toys and live next to a soccer field so there is plenty of room to romp and play. I treat all my guest dogs like family. We lounge on the couch and play with our big basket of toys. I also have a room dedicated just for the dogs. Safety is always my top priority. I have safe guards in place to ensure dogs cannot escape my house, including having a gate across my porch and using a 2 door system before entering or exiting my house. I have gates and doors to separate all the rooms in my house and I always feed dogs separately. I have cameras in all the rooms dogs go so when I am not home I am always keeping an eye on them. When we go for walks we use a 2 leash system. When we are not supervising dogs they are placed either in crates or gated in the dog room. Due to not allowing unsupervised interactions I can only accommodate one family of non crated dogs at a time. All dogs who enter my home are required to be vaccinated against rabies, distemper and bordatella and I recommend vaccinating against canine influenza as well. I also require all dogs be treated to prevent fleas and ticks and I treat my yard as well. If I come to your home I will ensure everything is locked when I leave and I can rotate lights and bring in mail so it doesn't look like you are out of town. I will follow your schedule for your animals and make sure they stay safe while you are away. I have experience with medical needs such as needing oral or injectable medication, including insulin. I can handle special needs such as mobility issues, vision problems and more and I have experience owning and caring for geriatric dogs.
