Year Round Doggie Summer Camp
Pet care experience
About me: Even as a young girl I was very passionate about animals! I grew up with a variety of cats, dogs, rabbits, and cows. Over the years my passion grew into a career. I was a stay at home mom for 13 years before becoming a professional pet sitter. Once my youngest headed off to school I started pet sitting and have been doing it ever since. I have been a professional pet sitter for the last 10 years while owning my own company. I've worked with many breeds of dogs from puppies to seniors. I'm also a certified dog trainer through CATCH Canine Trainers Academy, regularly attend continuing education seminars, and am CPR/FIRST AID certified through the Red Cross. I am comfortable administering all medications including insulin. My dog Clutch has seizures so I know what to do if this were to occur. I love taking care of animals and providing them with a safe and caring environment while their owners are away. My goal is that they go home happy and tired! I don't want their owners to worry at all while they are away and they are in good hands. I am home all of the time so my schedule is very flexible to accommodate your travel needs. Monday-Friday I provide doggie daycare from 7 am-6 pm. Boarding is offered seven days a week along with holidays. Boarding: The rate is for a 24 hour period. If you need to pick-up later than that, there will be an additional fee of $30 for up to 8 hours. I am a stay-at-home mom with 3 active kids ages 21, 18, and 13. We have a 3/4 acre fenced in yard with plenty of room to run and burn off energy for active dogs. I have 6 dogs that are very active at home and also participate in dog sports such as dock diving, agility, retrieval, therapy dog visits, and more. I'm always looking for fun ways to keep them busy so we have lots of indoor and outdoor toys, kongs, food puzzles, agility equipment, and a pool for summertime fun. It is never quiet or boring around here as the dogs are always on the go! Our 2 car garage is fully finished into a doggie paradise complete with heat/ac, a UV filtration system, a kitchen, a TV for the pups to watch or listen to music, and lots of enrichment activities. Indoors we have dog beds in many rooms of the house and a variety of toy bins to choose from. When the dogs are not supervised they will be crated for safety. I have a variety of plastic and wire crates so they will feel at home. Each dog will have its own food bowl, water bucket, and labeled bin for their food/leash/collar. All you need to do is bring them with a leash, collar, and id tags along with their food and any medications.
Reviews
Cricket home tired and happy – exactly what we would hope for after being in daycare for a day! It was easy to book with Kristy, and I’m grateful she had availability for us
Kristy was wonderful from beginning to end. She kept in touch and kept me up to date. My fur baby told me he had a blast at her place?
Can not say enough good things about Kristy. She was fantastic at communication, she took excellent care of Ren during his day care session! She asked all the right questions, continued with our style of training and handled our pup with confidence and ease. Was a great experience for both our pup and US! Would not hesitate to recommend Kristy!
Love her!!

Information Kristy H. would like to know about your pet
Every dog is unique so the more information that you can provide will help me get to know them a little better. I welcome dogs of all breeds but do ask that they be friendly with other dogs and people.
A typical day
Your dog will be supervised at all times while playing in our fully fenced yard! We have lots of outdoor activities your dog can do such as playing ball, frisbee, or just have a good sniff. When the weather is warm we have an inground pool for swimming, a kiddie pool to splash in, or a doggie sprinkler. If the weather is yucky out we have a large indoor space to play. They can hang out on a dog bed and relax if that is more their style.
