Providing Love and Quality Care ❤
Pet care experience
My mom used to work at a pet store so I grew up with all types of animals. Chinchillas, ferrets, dogs, rabbits, gerbils, etc.. I love animals and all of my personal furbabies were rescued from shelters. My heart is fulfilled seeing how their personalities evolve and thrive once they realize they are safe and have found their fur-ever home. I will show the same love and care for your fur-babies so that you can rest easy while you are away. I have heard scary stories about pet sitters online, but I can assure you, I will take amazing care of your baby. You are trusting me with your family, and I will do my best to make sure they have a great experience while you are away. I genuinely want the best for your furbaby while they are here. I will take photos and send you updates to you a few times a day. I will give them lots of attention and affection and they will 100% be talked to with a baby voice and be called a good girl/boy the entire time because I can't help myself. They are all such sweet pups and I want to help build their confidence. I have a small 8 year old Chihuahua/Cattle Dog mix named Sprite. She is extremely calm, quiet, super sweet and submissive. She likes to spend most of her time sleeping or going on walks. I like to have a meet and greet before accepting a boarder so we can see how everyone gets along. So far, every pup we have met has been amazing and we love them. Reviews
Kristine was so kind and flexible right from the meet and greet to the pick up and drop off . Auro was throughly pampered . Kristine was excellent with her communication and sending pictures of Auro. She kept us updated about everything that Auro was doing. Auro will be seeing her again soon. Thank you!
Kristine is amazing. We left our dog with her for a week and we are extremely confident that he was in the best hands. She gave him plenty of walks, made sure he got his medicine, and gave him plenty of snuggles. We so appreciate knowing he was in good hands and will definitely rebook Kristine in the future.
Kristine was great! She sent so many pics and updates, and it was clear that Marnie had such a great time staying with her.
Kristine did a great job with my dog. Will definitely use her again.

I am living im an apartment right now and dogs will be walked daily, multiple times a day. Dogs are allowed on the human bed if they are cuddlers, or I also have a large pet bed they can use if they prefer it. I have central air and keep the house between 70 and 74 degrees in the summer. 70 in the winter. Dogs with heavy coats are kept inside during the day when the heat index is high and are only walked in the early morning or after sundown to prevent heat stroke or heat exhaustion. I do a heat index/humidity check before walks when the weather is over 80 degrees. If it's too hot to play outside, we play with toys inside the house until we can walk at sundown. I never allow my Rover dogs outside unattended. I have seen a few clients place Airtags on pup's collars and I think this is a wonderful idea! I also enjoy knowing your pup's quirks. Do they have any behaviors that make their personality shine? What is their routine like at home? I want them to feel safe and enjoy their stay while they are here. I will be home all day to care for your pup. You are welcome to bring toys and treats from home to help your pup feel more comfy.

Information Kristine T. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if the dog has any special needs, health conditions, or dietary restrictions. I would also like to know any quirks about your pet. I.e. if they like watching shows with animals on them, if they play with treat mazes, etc... Please let me know if your furbaby has exhibited any signs of anxiety or separation anxiety in the past. I have experience with pups that have anxiety, but I would like to know ahead of time so that I can prep the house accordingly. (I.e., remove chargers from the walls, pull up the blinds, removed toys with stuffing, find a good place to set up their bed or kennel, etc...) I only boarder pups that are potty trained and do not mark in the house. We will watch puppies as long as they are potty trained or kennel trained with pee pads.
A typical day
Depending on your dog's personality, we will either veg out on the couch together with belly rubs and go for intermittent walks, or we will be playing Frisbee and catch in the backyard, toss the ball around, then walk down to the local park and make some laps. Our activities are catered to the personality and needs of the fur-baby. For dogs that enjoy car rides, I have a dog friendly travel cover on the middle seat in my vehicle and a seat belt connector so that your pup will be safe for a joy ride. Dogs are NEVER left alone in the vehicle.

I do not boarder dogs from multiple families at the same time, so your fur-baby will get one on one attention for the duration of their stay. My pup Sprite is more like a cat. She hangs out in her bed most of the day and joins us on walks but it very laid back. She gets along with pups that are chill or have anxiety like her because she won't approach them. I always have them present for meet and greets if they will be home during the boarding dates to make sure its a good fit for all of our fur-babies. My (retired) father also Rovers and is available in the event that there is an unplanned medical emergency. This ensures you will never get a call to pick up your pup early while you are on your vacation or work trip. Your pup is always my priority. I am bordering until December 30th. After that I will be moving to Northern Michigan.
