Pet care experience
Dogs are part of our families and need attention, boundaries and love. As a dog parent myself and someone who uses petting sitting services I understand the importance of caring for your dog and what you are entrusting me with. It is important that I respect the rules you have set for your pet and watch over them as if they were my own. I have done obedience, agility and confirmation with both Norwegian Elkhounds and Alaskan Malamutes both very independent breeds requiring patience and calm. I have a firm grasp of commands and a respect for established routines. I truly enjoy being around dogs and will treat your dog with the respect and care they need. I look forward to meeting your dog family soon!

Kristine is one of the most caring and loving dog owners I have every encountered. She loves her dogs the same way that parents love their children. She is also quite knowledgeable on dog training and safely and appropriately establishing herself in an alpha role with pack dogs.
I have know Kris for many years and during that time she's always had dogs in her life. Her dogs are always well trained, well socialized and well loved. I've also been lucky enough to be able to ask Kris for helpful tips in the caretaking of my own dog, most informative!! I know Kris has used dog walkers for her own dogs. I believe this would give her the advantage of knowing what pet parents are really looking for. I would definately hire Kris to walk my dog and would be happy and confident to recommend her to other pet parents as well!
I have known Kris for over 30 years and she's a great, caring honest person. Kris has owned a dog for a long time and did a great job welcoming another dog into her life when she got married. I think it can be difficult introducing animals to a new living arrangement but she and Curt made a nice home for the dogs..and cat. I have seen her in action with Mindy and Amarok and she's a loving dog owner. While on vacation we had an occasion to hang out with a friend and her dog and she was really great with her. Some people just really like animals...and Kris is one of them. I would feel totally comfortable for her to watch my dog.
