We love dogs, and their comfort is important. I have large crates if needed/requested, and I am familiar with dogs with special needs. 24/7 care is possible if requested as well. I have three dogs that are extremely friendly, but, if your dog likes to be an only child, I have the ability to keep your dog separate, comfortable and at peace. I own my own home, animals are allowed on furniture, and are able to go in and out of my house at anytime. I will also text you daily with photo updates of our adventures!. My house sits on 1/2 an acre and is fully fenced with 6 ft vinyl fencing. For Boarding - Please message me times that are needed and we can discuss. I am generally flexible but if not, I will respond with times that I am available for drop off. Late pickups/drop offs incur a $15/half-hour fee with a 15 minute grace period. Sitter Pick Up/Drop off is $30 round trip up to 10 miles. After 10 miles, it is a $1/mile plus $20 flat rate. Any trips to the pet food store (if your pet runs out of food), trips to the vet for vaccinations or pre-existing conditions, or other errands for your pet are billed at $35/hour + $1/per mile. Even if I am marked BOOKED on the calendar, please don't hesitate to contact me. Dogs that are incontinent or mark will also be charged at the puppy rate of $40 per night. I do accept animals that have continence problems however when inside, they will be put in a diaper to ensure the integrity and cleanliness of my home. This must be communicated during the inquiry process. If it is not, a $150 fee will be charged per day until the animal is picked up by you, your emergency contact or another sitter arranged through rover. All dogs must also be up-to-date on all vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordatella), and have proof of flea preventative. I DO NOT accept dogs with excessive barking issues, severe separation anxiety, strong dominance issues, or even the slightest bit of aggression towards humans or other dogs. YOU MUST DISCLOSE IF YOUR DOG(S) HAVE ANY OF THESE ISSUES. IF YOUR DOG EXHIBITS ANY OF THESE BEHAVIORS, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THE STAY.
