I've been around animals since the day I was born. I have been an animal lover since I took my first breath. I am a volunteer at the Animal Rescue League and have been for around 10 years. I also participate in their dog and cat foster program so the adoptable pets can get a break from the shelter and have a warm, loving home. Of those animals, many have very specific medical needs so I have a lot of experience with a wide array of diagnoses and other conditions. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat. Having dogs for so long, I am able to identify issues that they may be trying to hide signaling the need of a vet visit. My dogs are my children, and I would treat anyone else's dogs just the same. I understand the importance of feeling comfortable and confident in the person you are leaving your baby with for whatever the reason may be.
