Pet care experience
I love all animals and always have! Throughout high school and college I worked at a boarding kennel for 4 years as the assistant manager and then at a veterinarians office for 2 years as the kennel manager and then moved to a pet care assistant. With this experience, I will be able to take care of your pet just as you would. I know animal behavior and needs very well, you will have nothing to worry about with your pets in my care! We currently have 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 bunnies, and your pet will be treated just as mine are, like family! Currently I am not working in the animal care field and I miss the interaction with animals so I am looking to spend more time with animals without having to have more of my own! We live on almost 2 fenced in acres with lots of room to have fun! My husband’s love for animals matches mine!

Kristina was able to take Auggie last minute for the Thanksgiving weekend. This was our first time using a sitter and Auggie loved it. Kristina kept us in the know as to what Auggie was doing and sent pictures showing him playing and interacting with her dogs. I would highly recommend Kristina.
Kristina did a great job with my dogs. Both of my dogs seemed very happy in the pictures she sent me.
Kristina took great care of our very energetic puppy! She was very quick to respond with any questions. Our dog had a great time playing with her dogs and she sent lots of photos. We have another trip planned this year and hope to hire her again.

We have a large fenced in yard with friendly and playful dogs to keep your dog company. I can easily crate my dogs or yours if there was any hesitation about our dogs getting along. The dogs will be separated if we are not home to supervise them. Our cat thinks she is a dog! She gets along well with them but is also good at hiding if your dog were to not like her! The bunnies are safe in their hutch and provide good sniffs and entertainment for the dogs!

A typical day
We play fetch with our dogs daily and spend most of our time outside if the weather is nice! Being on two acres there is a lot of space for the dogs to roam. We also have a monthly subscription to bark box so there is an endless supply of toys to choose from.

I am currently working from home 2-3 days per week and am home on the weekends. The days that I do go into the office, I leave at 8am and return at 6pm and my husband is normally home around 3 or 4pm.
