Pet care experience
I am a life long animal lover and have never been without a pet. My goal in life is to help as many animals as possible in any way I can. I started school for veterinary technology then realized after working in the field, exposure to euthanasia would be detrimental to my mental health, so I changed career courses and am here to help your pets. I have experience administering topical, oral, and injectable medications as well as grooming skills including bathing & nail clipping. I will only administer animal-safe over the counter products and medications prescribed by a veterinarian. I am comfortable and skilled in administering IV fluids as prescribed by a veterinarian. Photographing candid shots of animals gives me great pleasure and I will send you as many photos and updates as you want! I absolutely ADORE and am never lacking in pet cuddles, kisses, petting, and scratching. I love playing with animals and I will get down on the ground to play if that's what they want! I will always match their energy level, so of course, if your dog or cat pet wants a snuggly nap I am all in!

One of the luckiest days of my life was when Kristina became my dog walker/sitter/trainer. I’ve been here in Sacramento for 3+ years and have “tried” several other people’s services. I became sad and frustrated because none of them, frankly, were very good. They didn’t really bond with my dogs or particularly seem interested in them. I really missed the wonderful person I’d known in Dallas for many years. Then came Tina. Instant love bloomed between her and my dogs and she has helped my very active puppy become civilized (though still and always such a happy girl!) Tina knows the ways of a doggie mind and is herself energetic and happy. Call her for your dog care and you will be lucky like me!!
Kristina (Tina) took care of our youngest, most energetic dog while we went on a 10 day cruise. Ember is about 1 1/2 year old cane corso/German shepherd mix who thankfully gets along with her own dog. Tina took her to her house for the entire time, sending us pupdates and was even willing to extend the time of Embers stay when we caught Covid on our cruise. It was a relief to know she was safe and happy while we were gone. Ember can’t wait for us to leave town again or for me to pay Tina to take her for a day of play. While we were gone my mother was watching the house and our 13 year old dogs. She could not handle Ember. During that time my father was injured. Tina stepped up taking over for my mother as well as Ember. She is a diamond in the ruff! So glad we found her and we plan to keep her.
Kristina has been wonderful since day one of her taking care of my pup. She is very good with communicating about her visits and has great availability. She always goes over and above.

A typical day
Unless otherwise requested I will go for walks within the client's neighborhood and I will play with toys, direct contact play, and if they are into playing games (hide and seek, for example) we will do that, too!
