I am a big time animal lover and have been around and had my own pets since childhood! I have many years of dog and house sitting experience and am excited to finally have a home big enough to open it open to new furry friends. I can sit and board for dog friendly pets in my home and am accepting walks and daily check ins clients. I’m open to house sitting at yours if I don’t have a conflicting boarding booking at my house. I work remotely and create my own schedule so have lots of flexibility!

Kristin, her home/backyard, and her dog Rilee are the absolute best! Our dogs got tons of playtime, chill time, and we got plenty of fun updates! Our dogs are very happy after their week stay & we’d love to use Kristin as a sitter again! 😄

We have a fenced large back yard and will allow dogs to hang outside in the back if they wish or get cozy inside with us while we work during the day. We take work breaks throughout the day to get outside and play fetch or go on walks with our dog.

Dogs must get along with my sweet Rilee. She is a mini golden retriever and is on the submissive side but loves to play with other dogs that are social. If they’re not super social, that’s fine she’ll respect their space but we cannot have dogs that are simply not good around other animals in our home.
A typical day
Breakfast and potty break in the morning. Fetch in the backyard, playtime with stimulating treat toys, dog parks, walks in the neighborhood, and hikes when it’s not raining! I love taking my girl to run errands at times so if I’m going somewhere that’s dog friendly and they are comfortable with outings we may bring them along. Whatever you’re comfortable with!

Availability
I work remotely from home and make my own schedule so lots of flexibility. My mini golden retriever, Rilee, is excited for some playmates! I’m typically up with Rilee around 7am for breakfast. We do a morning or afternoon walk and if weather permits, a trip to one of our favorite hikes or dog park spots a couple times a week. We have a huge backyard so pups get lots of fetch and playtime in. Dinner feeding is usually around 8pm or so depending on our plans for the night.
