Dogs are the ultimate stress relievers, companions, and partners in crime! They make all the negativity and troubles of daily life just melt away. It's hard not to be happy when you have a dog by your side. I have been raising and training dogs since I was a teenager. Most recently, I raised puppies destined to work as Guide dogs for South Eastern Guide dogs for the blind. I have also raised and trained over 15 livestock guardian dogs used to guard goats while they are onsite clearing land. I have so much respect for dogs innate abilities and do my best to work with them to bring out their full potential....and have fun while doing it! I currently work 3 to 4 days a week based on staffing need. On my days off I can spend as much time with your pet at home and on outings as you wish. When I do work, I will be able to give lots of attention in the morning, during my lunch break, and of course all evening. I promise to care for your animals and your home as if they were my own. I have extensive experience with dogs and cats as well as horses, goats, and chickens. I have been fostering for over 6 years as well as volunteering at The Humane Society. I strive to maintain a consistent routine with lots of love, affection, and exercise. I am a registered nurse by profession and am comfortable giving medications and injections if needed. My goal is to have you return a home in which you never knew I was a visitor and a pet who never knew you were gone.
