I have been taking care of dogs for over 20 years, starting with my first family dog in 7th grade who was an adorable Cairn Terrier named Max. For 10 years while I was living in Chicago working as a swim coach I also took care of dogs for families from my swim team as a side job. I have experience with small, medium, large and giant dogs, I love them all!!! My husband and I currently have 2 dogs living in our house, Shimmer (four year old Lab/Norwegian Elkhound Mix) and Tucker (13 year old Shiba Inu). They are always looking for other dogs to play with in our fenced in backyard, it's perfect to romp around in! I guarantee that I will always show my client's dogs as much love and care as I do to my own. I work as the aquatics director and head swim coach at the North YMCA in Davenport. I usually work in the mornings and evenings with a break in the middle of the day. There is always some flexibility in my schedule to make trips over for potty breaks. I will always do my best to respond to messages in a timely manner. Please make sure to inform me on everything about your pet prior to me taking care of them to ensure that I'm completely prepared to keep your dog(s) safe, happy and healthy! I have experience giving dogs medication of all different varieties. It is imperative that all dog(s) are updated on their vaccinations and flea preventative to ensure all other dog(s) safety. We also offer nail clipping or dremeling for $10, nail clipping and dremeling for $18 and brush outs using a furminator brush. ($30 small, $40 medium, $50 large, $60 giant).
