My expertise goes far beyond my love of dogs, which started long, long ago. My background is in life coaching, for humans that is...but a few years ago I decided to pursue another dream and learned to coach dogs. Animals, and especially dogs, are a passion for me!!! I attended a professional dog training academy in 2010, and since then, have been working in the pet industry for the last 4 years. Now I am branching out on my own. I want to work one on one with dogs and their humans to enrich the dog’s life and help their owners to fully enjoy the experience of life with a dog. When contracting me you can expect I will treat your dog as my own, your pet care needs are taken care of and complete. I am reliable and I've got your back when it comes to your pets. My sweet and beautiful 15 year old black pug, Betsy, was my companion and greatest instructor of the animal-human bond. Sadly, Betsy passed away in 2015. Ellie Mae, my 6 year old goldendoodle, accompanied me in the Academy and we also certified as a touch therapy team, following in Betsy's footsteps. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and cats and believe animals enrich our lives and bring a tremendous amount of joy, laughter and love. About my yard I have a fenced in yard that provides plenty of room for running around and playing. It also provides a safe area for dogs to roam off leash. Trust that I will always be outside with your dog, even with the fence. My experience administering medication I would be happy to administer medication.
