Pet care experience
I believe in a deep soul connection with animals. They have an inherent ability to connect with humans on a deeper level than any other human does. I have been blessed enough to be owned by a cat for the past 15 years and counting. Sookie has been with me through many pivotal moments in my life. Always the constant, always the peace. I simply try to return the peace and the consistency of love and nourishment back to her. I believe in that practice with any animal I am blessed enough to take care of. I will always provide a safe place for them to feel at peace and well loved and nourished. I have had two beautiful dogs in my life as well. Both have passed now. One, unexpectedly and one passed with age. Both dogs left an imprint on my heart that I am forever thankful for. I loved to watch their joy when throwing a ball for fetch or playing a little tug of war and of course meal time. I will take care of your animals as if they are my own and treat them with the same love and care that I give to mine.

Kristin is wonderful with my two dogs and two cats. You can tell that she loves animals, and my shy rescue pup warmed up to her right away- a very rare occurrence! Kristen is great!

my dogs love Kristin, she's great with animals and is very caring about them! she's one of the nicest people i know and is easy to get along with.
While living in Alaska Kristin had two wonderful dogs. A small German Shepherd which she adopted a few weeks after birth and who is now about 12 or 13 years old. She also had a wonderful Ridgeback Pitbull mix which she rescued. She has been a wonderful parent to these two dogs and her cat Sookie (13yrs). She has always taken good care of their needs, shots, annual vet check ups etc. and played with them and walked them regularly. She was not able to bring her animals to Oregon at this time but will get them when she's settled. I know she misses them and would love to be able to be around dogs and cats as a care giver.
