I was a veterinary technician with 30+ years experience in the field. I have a large knowledge base of basic pet care as well as medicating pets. I can care for your aging pets that need routine medications as well as any post surgical pets that need specialized rest and restrictions. I am looking to assist you in giving the best care possible to your furry four legged family members. I want to give you the peace of mind in knowing that your pet is receiving the best care possible, either in your home or in mine. I was a veterinary technician until I retired a year ago and pet sitting just allows me to offer an in home service for you and your pet that would be equivalent to medical boarding at the hospital.

Kristin was wonderful! Very communicative and sent us pictures of our three cats and 5 chickens every morning. She even dropped by in the evenings to check on our chickens because we’d been having trouble with predators. Highly recommend!
Kristen took great care of my cat while we were away for my mom’s funeral. She did everything I asked and more. Her arrival time may vary. I would definitely recommend Kristen and use her services again.

I have many years as a veterinary technician, I can manage giving medications and elderly pets. I have dealt with many dogs and cats, some nice, so.e not so nice, so I can handle most temperaments. My dog and cat are pretty easy going and tolerate most dogs that I foster or do daycare for. I do have gates and crates to separate everyone I'd needed.

A typical day
I take the pups for walks, and will spend extra time just hanging out to keep your little one company. I have a walking trail right behind my house and the beach isn't that far away either.

I have a pretty flexible daily schedule so walks and daycare can be done even during the odd hours. I try to work with each client request to the best of my ability.
