Overall Kristie sold her service nicely. Follow through was completely different. These are my issues: 1. Failed to show on the last day with no communication. Stated she had no phone. She still had keys, so I am not sure why she would not fulfill our agreement. 2. Manipulated walking distance and time. From the Rover card, she started the app at her place of employment and not when she retrieved our dogs for their walk. She ended the app at her place of employment. 3. Did not live up to our agreed fees. Charged me $30.00 per day vice our agreed $20. Stated she would provide a refund and did not. I would strongly suggest you look for someone more responsible and will live up to their word...in writing. I had to call her at her place of employment to track her down three days after she missed her scheduled walk. She owes us $70.00 that I am sure we will never see. I provided her 48 hours to make it right. When I contacted her she expected me to accept a $20.00 reimbursement and when I corrected her again, she went dark. She is obviously NOT an obsessive dog mama nor concerned about customer satisfaction. Very disappointed.
