Pet care experience
I understand your dog is a member of your family. I grew up with them and until my beloved beagle Lola passed away this year, they have always been my constant companions. We are so lucky to live in MT. where this is a shared value. Like people, dogs have different needs, comfort zones, quirks and talents. I follow your care plan, as no one knows your dog like you do. I have cared for dogs with separation anxiety, health conditions as well as those who need a lot of outside time. Some of the breeds I have experience with include beagles, boxers, pitbulls, poodles, labs, griffons, heelers, huskies, and retrievers. I have a special space in my heart for the sporting and hunting class, but have also met many great "mutts".

I felt very confident and comfortable leaving our pet with Kristie. Our dog seemed happy and stress free when we picked her up. We hope to use Kristie's services again.
Kristie was a pleasure-- felt like family-- and did a great job handling our dog who has major social anxiety. She'll be the first person I ask next time I need a pet/house-sitter.
Kristie is an excellent dog sitter. I met her on Craigslist and hired her to stay with my dog for an entire month in my home a few years ago. She has had her own dogs and has a very soft spot in her heart for all dogs. We have since become friends and she still watches my Loui regularly. He loves her and gives her a huge beagle howl greeting, every time she stops by. I know that when Kristie is watching Loui, he is well taken care of - exercised, given a ton of affection, and treated like he is her own dog. She is also careful to follow dietary restrictions and house rules that I have set for my dog. Though I have a dog that has a hard time being away from me, I always feel very confident that Loui is in good hands and enjoying his time when I am away, if he is with Kristie. I am so grateful to her for her friendship, and her love for my dog.
Kristie is a lovely, kind and responsible person with a strong connection to animals. She has cared for my dog and Zoey loved her. You can't go wrong with Kristie.
