In the past, I have played co-parent to my roommates' dog, whom I love very much. I have always loved dogs growing up, though I never had the opportunity of caring for one in my own home. Most of my friends are pet owners and I got a lot of my experience caring for their animals through them, pet sitting and house sitting. I like to treat dog walks like they're my walks. I love going on walks just about anywhere, sometimes alone but I especially enjoy having a partner with me. I find dog walks to be very calming and count it as part of my leisure time. I commute with my own car, so traveling to and fro will rarely ever be an issue for me.
