Pet care experience
My dog loves to stay in the comfort of his own home and I'm sure your's do too. I'm available for 1-3 visits per day, or even staying in your home while you’re away, if that makes your pets more comfortable. I have owned (or been owned) by a huge variety of animals over many years, from reptiles, fish, birds, sugar gliders, servals, horses, and of course dogs, from small to extra large breeds. So, I have experience and love for all animals!

Kristie is an Angel! This was first time leaving our fur babies at home with a sitter, they were always vet boarded previously, and we couldn't be happier with Kristin's care and attention. The pictures and texts daily she sent let us know they were cared for, and we returned home to very happy kisses. Thanks so much!

Kristie is awesome! She was so flexible with my schedule, took care of our babies like they were her own and I felt so comfortable leaving them home. She took tons of pictures while they were out on their walk and when they were playing inside, too. I will definitely be asking her to watch them again! Thank you, Kristie!

I’m very cautious about entering homes when I go to pet sit, to prevent the pet’s escape. Never have had that happen though! If walking a dog(s), I prefer to keep them away from other dogs for their own safety, and also prefer to not visit dog parks for the same reason, unless you request it.

If I take a dog on a walk, I like to know how they are with other dogs or people, so I’ll know whether I should steer clear of them so there aren’t any confrontations.
A typical day
If I’m doing a dog walk, we’ll walk around the neighborhood or go to a nearby park. I’ll even drive the dog to a park if they like that better, and with your permission! I’ll also check on their water and food while there. Also, when I return from a walk, I like to give them a 5 minute brushing or belly rub.

I’m retired, so I have a flexible schedule and am available most hours. I sometimes travel, so I’m unable to commit to long term recurring visits. However, I can book pet care in advance and plan my traveling around your schedule.
