Fed properly, fresh water with a touch of vinegar to keep their breath fresh and plenty of time to go outside so no mistakes are made indoors! Your pet should have its own space so when it wants to go and lay down and relax it can without being interrupted and becoming agitated. Music or TV for soothing sounds is a comfort too!
