Pet care experience
I grew up with many dogs. I’ve taken care of every size and shape of dog (and puppy) you can imagine. Growing up, we had Rottweilers, Jack Russells, and everything in between. I’m a true dog lover at heart and I’ll take care of your pet as though he/she were my own. In college, I cared for several dogs, including some that required daily shots and had special diets/dietary concerns. I have no issues accommodating this as long as I am given instructions/guidance. Growing up, I also had cats, rats, and horses.

Kristie took such good care of my 2 dogs. They seemed at ease with her right away. She took them for a walk and I received many pictures and a video. She has great communication and responds quickly. I own a triplex on a little over an acre, and live in one of the units. It is spacious, and safe for pets. I’m a few minute’s walk from a lake, which I’m sure your dog would love to explore on a walk. In my house I have an extra bedroom and a large living room, so there is ample space for your pet to hang out. Since I work from home, I can spend time with them while I work at my desk, and stay attentive to their needs.

I’d like to know about any special conditions your dog has so that I can accommodate them. I’d also be interested to know about special likes/dislikes, and whether your dog is happy around other dogs/people. If your dog is happy/comfortable with water, we can get our feet wet, or even take a little swim together (weather permitting) in the lake (with your permission of course)!
A typical day
I will ensure that your dog is happy and stimulated with frequent walks and playtime. We can walk through the woods in my backyard to the lake for a peaceful and fun time.

I work from home, so I am very flexible when it comes to care. I can take frequent breaks and walk your dogs around my yard, neighborhood, and to the lake nearby.
