Pet care experience
Hi there! I’m Kristian. I’ve grown up around animals my whole life; had 5 dogs, 4 cats, horses, and donkeys along the way. I currently have my own dog, Murphy. He’s a chocolate lab so we go on lots of long walks and play with all of the toys. Helping someone out in a similar way is something I’m happy to do as I know how challenging balancing all of life can be.

Kristen took time to get to know our dog Ellie. Ellie was so happy by the time we got home. Kristen was super punctual and definitely dependable. Would recommend to any dog helicopter parent!

I feel comfortable walking dogs around the neighborhood, playing with them in your space, or finding a park to roam around in together. Whatever is best for them works for me! My dog will remain in my home and, unfortunately, doesn’t play well with others.

A typical day
Having my own lab has taught me a lot about keeping a dog active and stimulated. I’ve raised him since 10 weeks old during the pandemic. After all of that time together, creating activity for all energy levels is something I feel confident in.

I have availability during the workday for animals close to Richmond City as I work near the VCU Monroe Park Campus. My weekends are filled with activity but I’d be happy to walk or play with your pet during it all.
