I worked in a boarding kennel all through high school. My job duties included keeping the kennels clean, feeding the animals, administering medication as needed, bathing the dogs, and taking the dogs outside to play. After high school, I worked in a doggy daycare. I then got a job as a veterinary assistant, where I worked for a year. After working as a veterinary assistant, I joined the U.S. Army, where I worked as a veterinary technician for the military working dogs. I have experience administering medications, administering injections, and I have knowledge of canine first aid. I also have been a dog owner all of my life. I currently have three of my own dogs. I enjoy all different kinds of dogs and love caring for them!
