Did a meet and greet with Kristi and she seemed to be responsible but I found out after day 1 of her house sitting she was not doing her job. She didn’t show up at the time we agreed upon. She walked my dog and left within 20 minutes, then came back 5 hrs later that afternoon for 15 minutes and left again. The next day she stayed gone all day again letting my dog out once. When I questioned her about it , she informed me she wasn’t going to finish her job she agreed to do because we have a ring doorbell camera and can see her coming and going. Which she knew that before excepting the job. Which in my opinion if you are doing your job you shouldn’t be concerned about that. She canceled the booking and left my animals without care. I was out of town and had no way to get back home until that night. I would not recommend her to anyone who wants there animals taking care of. She did not do her job and should be removed from Rover. This is not the first time she has done this to other people. Very disappointed!

Amazing service! Our first time using Rover and we really lucked out! Thanks Kristi for taking such great care of our pups and kitties. It was so nice to go away and know they were well cared for. We will definitely rebook!
