Pet care experience
I feel pets should be treated as well as people. I have raised and handled animals and pets most of my life including horses, dogs, cats, turtles, and hamsters. I am currently without a pet and really miss and need the love that pets can give. I am currently training my sons Brittany spaniel at dog obedience training. I have also had Brittany litters of my own. I had 4 Brittanys at one time for a while. I am very trustworthy and can give references from pet owners that I currently sit and take care of as well as stay in their homes when they are on vacations or out of town trips. I am retired so my schedule is usually very flexible for times and dates. I feel that watching, walking or caring for your pet would be a privilege to me and they would be treated like my own. A pets love is unconditional and that’s how I would treat them.

I have to say that Kris is the most honest and trustworthy person that I know. Her compassion and love for animals is amazing. She is very dependable and the people and pets that she helps and/or cares for, love her and are very thankful for her. Each pet is cared for as her own. I should know these things because I have been married to her for 47 years. When she agrees to care for someone’s pet , that responsibility comes before us, making plans to do anything else. I can’t think of any one I would rather have take care of my pets.
One of the most compassionate animal people we have ever met! We use "grandma" Kris everytime we go away from home to care for our dog Sophie, sometimes for a week at a time. Sophie is treated like an extension of her family. She is showered with love and affection and very well cared for in our absence. If any questions arise while we are gone Kris is prompt to call and ask. We are so very grateful for her.
Kristene has always been an animal lover. She has had britany spaniels and has raised several liters, she is devistated went one has to be put down, they are her babies. She buries each one in a baby casket. She even stops a car now to see if she can pet one. She is now training her sons new puppy and they do mind her well. She will be a real asset to you. Her Mom.
