I've actually loved dogs since I first found out what a dog was. Every year, I'd ask for one for my birthday AND Christmas. To my disappointment, my parents never wanted the responsibility... so here I am! I want the responsibility for myself with your pups until I am able to afford one of my own. Regardless, I love any opportunity to spend time with furry friends. I am so in love with the fact there is a site here like this, allowing me to earn some extra money by just spending time with dogs and actually enjoying myself. It definitely brings me happiness! Another little bit about me-- I graduated in May from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Physical Therapy, but I have had a change of heart (one which I should have had a long time ago). I am now a Veterinary Assistant at Veterinary Specialty Center in Buffalo Grove (3 months), and was previously at a general practice in Niles, IL at Banfield Veterinary Hospital (1.5 years), and absolutely love it! This also means I also have a lot of experience with veterinary medicine and multiple different kinds of dogs and cats. I also feel comfortable with any health or behavior complications. In addition, I am in school online to become a certified veterinary technician which I work on between 40 hour work weeks. I am currently living in Lakeview, and am excited to begin this Rover experience downtown!
