Pet care experience
I have had high maintenance sharpei dogs for past 17 years. We lost the last two years ago and have been heartbroken since. I am used to all kinds of specific diets and administering different meds. I watch my Mother-in-laws dog when she’s out of town and give her arthritis meds, her CBD oil, comfort her during storms and take her for walks. I was also involved with the Florida Sharpei rescue for years. I would raise money for them (still do) but fostered, too. Your pet HAS to get along very well with my two children ages 8 & 9. We also just installed a Blink camera so I can watch the dogs live, when I do leave the house. We love sending pictures and videos to our clients.

Kristen was a very good sitter to our dog Gucci, she was very loving and patient with our overly anxious Weimaraner. We ended up picking her up early because she just wouldn’t settle in since she is 12 years old and hadn’t been with a sitter in a very long time. Kristen tried everything she could to get her to rest and calm down so I don’t fault her at all. It was our decision to pick her up early. I would highly recommend her if you need a dog sitter.
Kristen looked after our boys for a week in a very loving family setting. Her children spoiled the pups, wrapping them in blankets, which I did with my pets as a child. It would give such a smile to see pictures of the boys sleeping away in the children’s arms or cuddled up beside Kristen. I knew they were well cared for and secure. Thank you Kristen for taking my boys in like your own.
Kristen was great.. Bella had stomach issues when she arrived at Kristen’s house, and the meds from the Vet were not exactly “tasty”.. Kristen went above and beyond to get Bella to take her meds, who is part hound and has an extremely good sense of smell (nothing short of wrapping the pills in bacon will get her to take them).. I recommend Kristen to anyone that wants their pup taken care of as if it were her own.
Kristen was amazing! She took great care of my dog, Charlie. She sent adorable pictures of her kids with charlie everyday and she was very flexible and easy to communicate with. It was such a relief to not have to worry about Charlie while I was away. He can be a handful but they did a great job! I will definitely use her again in the future!

A typical day
We will take walks around the neighborhood and/or play in the fenced in backyard. We also have a dog run with fake turf for them to do their business on. Active dogs who run and play will have fun with my 8 & 9 year olds.
