Kristen is Phenomenal! This is the second time Kristen took care of our furry kids, Packer and Sandy. You cannot find two dogs with different temperaments, yet Kristen effortlessly tended to their unique needs to keep them healthy and happy with their tails wagging. Kristen really went the extra mile to keep us totally informed on how the visits progressed, with detailed explanations of her actions. She not only posted expansive notes, with pictures, on Rover, but also sent us text updates simultaneously. She is a true Dog Whisperer. Packer is a very high-strung boy when he first meets someone new, and is extremely intimidating to outsiders. Not with Kristen. He warmed to her immediately, and in fact was so docile, he did not even want to come outside when it was raining. But, no matter; Kristen easily adapted, and spoiled him by feeding him inside. The weather was terrible during this period, and our yard was a muddy disaster, yet Kristen was undeterred and spent time outside as necessary to make sure our dogs were happy. We are thankful we can count on Kristen to take such great care of Packer and Sandy. We are pleased to give her the highest possible recommendation!
