Hello! I am Kristen and I just moved to Silverthorne from Denver. I am an animal lover, and I have grown up with animals all my life. I understand how much people love their dogs, especially here in Colorado, seeing how just about everywhere is dog-friendly. You will be able to take a vacation and not have to worry about your dog; Your dog is my child. I live in Wildernest. I am very flexible with pet care and am almost always available. I am so excited to meet all of the furry friends and hoping that I meet them soon. Looking to be welcomed with open paws!

Kristen was great, she responded quickly and excepted a last minute request to watch my dog. My plans were still a little up in the air and she was very flexible with potential changes. I would highly recommend her to watch your pet.

Kristen is delightful! We booked her to walk our dog Indy while we were away for a wedding. She came the night before to meet us and greet the dog, and sent us a great update on their walk. We will definitely use her again!

I live within walking distance from Buffalo Mountain Trailhead. Including the dog in the activities I do is my favorite part of watching dogs, and I will give them endless cuddles, and all of the love and treats (within reason)

I would need to know if the dog is high energy, if they need to have any special treatments, anywhere from special food, certain treats, if they need to take any medication/have injuries. And obviously if they get along with other dogs/have separation anxiety, those kinds of things.
A typical day
For the dogs that I watch, depending on how old they are we will go for a nice long walk to a park and maybe play some fetch. Say hello to everyone and every dog passing. If it’s a nice summer day, I would take the dog up to one of the local trails and hike. It’s one of my favorite activities to do with a dog.

Availability
I am able to fit pet care whenever the owner requests! We will do the typical morning and evening walks (if I’m working that day) and if I’m not working on that day depending on the dog, we will go for a couple of walks in between morning and evening or a nice little hike.
