Hello! I am a 25 year old Physician Assistant who moved from Chicago to Ballard to join my boyfriend. We are currently saving up to bring in a new puppy into our "little family". In the meantime, however, we would LOVE to help take care of your precious pets! In terms of experience, both my boyfriend and I grew up always having a dog at home. I was also the "go to dog walker" for my neighbors whenever they would go away on vacation. My uncle is a veterinarian and has taught me a lot about dog health. Our apartment is open-concept and conducive for allowing small to medium sized pups to run around freely. We have access to the street from our front door as well as a rooftop deck (for the apartment complex). I am very active and would spend 100% of my day outside if possible. I am a runner and would love to have a dog companion to run with. I also love playing catch/frisbee with dogs and am perfectly happy spending the day at a dog park. If your dog is less active and more of an indoors type, I would be content staying cozy inside and cuddling up on the couch. Overall, I am a huge dog lover with a flexible schedule that is willing to do whatever is best for you and your dog.
