I am a 22 year old, responsible and reliable, dog lover! I have grown up with dogs (ever since I can remember and ever since I moved to New York recently after graduating from Penn State, I dearly miss spending time with dogs. I do work full-time (9am-6pm) at a media agency right in the middle of Soho. However, since I live in Greenwich Village just a 10 minute walk away, I can easily check-in on your loved ones! My apartment is extremely dog friendly and very safe. I have my own room and live with two other girls who have their own rooms as well (one works full-time and one is a grad-student at NYU). All three of us LOVE dogs and would all be thrilled to have your pet over. I take this job VERY seriously and I am not doing this merely for my own entertainment (although I'm sure I will have tons of fun with your dog). I will genuinely be more concerned with the well-being of your dog and making sure he/she is well cared for. I am a very active person in general and I would love to take your dog on runs, long walks, or play fetch at the park! The reason I charge so little is solely due to the fact that I love helping people and animals. One time, I was taking care of a neighbors cat for two weeks and the cat was very old and actually had diabetes (yes, animals can have diabetes!). The owners had to show me how to give the cat insulin shots, which he needed twice a day. These are the kinds of things that do not intimidate me! I loved hanging with that cat and he was happy as can be!
