My name is Kristen, and I am a dog lover with one pup of my own, Jake. Jake is an 8 year old boxer/husky/collie mix who I've had since he was 6 weeks old. He's large (~100 lbs) and gets along well with dogs of all sizes and temperaments -- can be playful and patient with dogs that are high-energy, and calm and relaxed with dogs that aren't. I work remotely (from home) full-time, so I'm available all day with the exception of intermittent scheduled phone calls/virtual meetings. Jake and I spend our days together cuddling, playing tug of war, walking around the neighborhood, and visiting surrounding dog parks -- there are a bunch around the Fishtown area and tons of great low-traffic roads for walking. I typically take Jake out 3-5 times per day, and I know he'd love a buddy or two with him on the trips! ☺️??

Kristen is awesome and we only have good things to say about our experience. She's responsive, experienced, and accommodating. Our dog has a lot of energy and some anxiety. Kristen (and her pup Jake!) kept our dog happy and comfortable. She made us feel at ease while we were away. We would highly recommend Kristen!
Kristen did a great job watching our pup! She kept us updated throughout the day and made sure he had some serious outdoor play time so when we picked him up he was nice and tired. Overall a great experience and we look forward to working with her again.

I've known Kristen for many years and I can confidently state that she is a very responsible adult and an exceptional caregiver for pets. She is a wonderful mom to her dog, Jake, and she loves all animals especially dogs. For years, she has opened her home to numerous other dogs while their owners were away. As a professional petsitter myself, I can confidently say that she is beyond capable in making sure your pet is safe, attended to, and feels comfortable and loved. She is extremely personable and hospitable and it is certain that in her care, your pet will feel right at home.
