Kristen did a great job housesitting and taking care of our 93 lb chocolate lab! She was very clean, took Jake for a walk, and even drove him to his doggie daycare the next morning. She send plenty of pictures and communication as well!

Dogs feel like I am one of them!

I like to think of myself as a piece of lettuce--95% water (or dog), but you'd never be able to tell from the outside :)

I would love to bathe your dog if that is something you would like :) I also like to give the animals massages if that is something they enjoy (especially good for older or post-op pets!) I like to imagine my touch feeling like classical music—if classical music had a physical ...

What Kristen would like to know about your dog

The way my house sitting works: I will spend the night with your pup for a 12 hour shift (starting between 7PM and 9PM). During this time, I will feed/walk them in the evening and in the morning before I leave. Halfway through the day, I will come and give them a walk, and some play time, depending on what they are in the mood for!

I would like to know how comfortable you are with letting me bring your pet into my car with me on days where it may be too hot--I would take them either to a shaded park to walk or just a car ride if that is something they enjoy! If it is too cold outside, I can also take them on a car ride :) If it is too humid or lightning outside, then I will just take them outside to do their business, and come back inside to play with them (or take them for a ride!). If, for whatever reason, your dog can’t walk far (injury, post op or old age), I can take them around in my car for a little adventure if they enjoy that :) The wellbeing of your animal is of the utmost importance--I will do what I feel is best for your pet when I am with them.
