Kristen was amazing with Kj and Max. She was very professional and responded quickly! She sent pics often and spoiled my boys as much as I normally do. I will definitely be using her again!

Kristen and her boyfriend watched my 7 mo old puppy for 2 nights and 3 days while I was out of town over the weekend. He seemed happy upon arrival and all was well. Kristen was very quick to reply through text messaging as well. Though I do have a couple complaints, he is on a strict diet for several reasons and I sent my dog food with personalized instructions. When I arrived he was eating out of what appeared to be a cats food bowl, and still had over half of his dog food left in the measured out bag I sent. Now its been over a day and he still hasnt wanted to eat his dog food at home again. He was also left with antibiotics to take, and they did give him the medicine but he somehow got ahold of the bottle they came in and chewed it almost getting inside to eat them; luckily he did not. Also he has not had fleas since I got him, as hes constantly been medicated for it, i bring him home and now hes itching and ive found 2 or 3 at first glance. Not saying he got them from the house, maybe the timing is just bad, but it does seem like it. TLDR: I think Kristen and her boyfriend are very nice people who seem to love animals, but could be a little more attentive, and pay closer attention to what the owner expects from them.
