My 3 fluffy pups are my family members and my entire world and I will treat yours the same. I have 2 Pomeranians and the sweetest Border Collie. I have had geriatric rescues in the past with conditions such as heart worm disease, Cushing's, and rear end immobility. Therefore, I am comfortable with more high maintenance medical needs. I have an animal science bachelor's degree and 5 years of full-time veterinary assistant experience. Included in relevant courses that I took during school are anatomy, physiology, companion animal health, and behavior. In my time working at a veterinary clinic I have become very familiar with most common diseases such as diabetes, Cushing's, heart worm disease, urinary stones, kidney failure, and so much more. With this experience I understand the crucial importance of administering all medications strictly on time and am 100% comfortable giving injections needed at home such as insulin, etc. I love all dogs from teacup to giants. I am not fearful of mild aggression issues and can work well with high maintenance conditions because of my work experience. I love being active and can take your pup on runs if preferred. I am completely open to suggestions such as going to your pet's favorite park or walking trail if requested. I want to make your pet as happy as possible while you are away. Please don't hesitate to make any requests to keep their routine as close to normal as possible, no matter how ridiculous you may think it is. As I said, my fur babies are my children and I will spoil yours with the same treatment. I also love other species of animals: rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, mice, reptiles, fish, etc. If we needed to set up feeding or care for other pet's in the household I would be happy to do so.
