Kristen is the absolute best! She knew I was very nervous to leave Dennis for a full week for the first time and took the time to come by and meet before I left so that Dennis would feel more comfortable. She sent me an update and nice pictures every day so that I knew my kitten was happy and healthy. Dennis requires medication and Kristen took care of this every day as well. It was my first time leaving Dennis alone for any significant period of time and the next time I do, Kristen will be my first call. I actually reached out to the person that put us in touch and thanked her for such a wonderful recommendation. 5 out of 5, definitely recommend.
