We had decided to book Kristen since she had pretty decent reviews. Before we left, we wrote down a list of what our puppy can/cannot do, what to feed him, walks, sleeping, etc. We made sure she read it and understood everything before we left and answered any questions. Now when I came back home, let me tell you I was pretty livid to what I walked into. We had told Kristen to not have the dog on the couch or bed, I wish I had taken a picture...we never let our dog on the couch and if he gets on the bed we immediately get him off. The couch is white and let me say, it was disgusting! Same with the sheets, they were both covered with all black prints. Now we have to pay to get the couches cleaned to get all the black prints and stains out, it was nasty. Lastly, we told her feel at home, but I would never leave someone else's place a mess out of respect. The counters were left sticky and nasty and the place was just disgusting. Only reason i'm giving her two stars is because our dog was safe and fine but other then that, she clearly didn't follow the rules on the paper we had left her. For those reasons and more, we won't be booking Kristen again.
