I've had dogs and cats all my life, and of all sizes, and have fostered both for local rescues as well. I recently lost my small dog, Paola (a terrier/chihuahua mix). I love animals, and have no children. Your pet will be loved and doted on. During the work-week I can come by your home (if close to Panora or Guthrie Center) over lunch and after 5pm, schedule permitting, to let your pet out to potty if requested. I offer in-your-home services, including overnights. I will play and cuddle with your pooch or kitties. I am just about 45 minutes from the Des Moines metro. I also used to work at a 24hr emergency pet hospital in DSM on weekends, so I have some general knowledge about emergencies, and all areas of pet do's and don'ts, as well as things to watch for in a sick pet - I learned a lot from our excellent Vets there.
