As Kristen’s parents, we are proud of what a special lady she has become. Her love for animals is beyond description. At fifteen, she became a vegetarian because she couldn’t bear the thought of eating an animal. She won’t even wear leather goods. She is the proud owner of Charlie, a rescue mix who was initially turned back to the shelter by another family because of his aggressiveness. Charlie adores her. She understands his shortcomings and needs. With her loving patience, Charlie has become a happy member of our extended family. We too have just acquired a new puppy. Kristen has given us much help and insight about raising a puppy in a kind and gentle way. As an aside, our new puppy and Charlie have become best friends. If you want someone to care for your pet as if it were her own, Kristen won’t disappoint.
