Pet care experience
I have always had pets growing up, and have taken care of countless pets of all species, breeds, ages, and sizes for friends/family since high school. I love the challenge of winning over an animal that is hesitant around new people. The more stubborn they are to warm up to new people, the harder I try to win them over. But it is always at their pace and on their terms so that they are completely comfortable with me. Your pets will be loved and spoiled like they are my own.

I was needing to go out of state for father-in-law memorial service. I was going to board my furbabies vet but the were already booked. I remembered that i had checked out rover before but never used it so i went looking and found Kristen. Kristen did in home care for my 4 dogs and 4 kitties. She sent me alot of pictures and help ease my mind that the were taken care of while I was away. I really was happy with the care my furbabies recieved from Kristen and hope to use her again.
Kristen was awesome. She kept in great contact and sent wonderful update pictures of my babies. She was very attentive to all my elderly dogs needs including medicines. She understood that my cat was a bit crazy and loved him for his crazy behaviors. The house was in pristine condition when I arrived. Overall, Kristen was someone I wouldn't hesitate hiring again.

Please feel free to bring their bed to make them more comfortable since it has the smells of home. When I care for pets in their own home I make sure that the pet owners show me where everything is located within the home for the animals, and leave emergency numbers such as vets in an accessible place in the case of emergency. I will take as much time with your pets as they need in order to be comfortable and well provided for.

A typical day
I love to provide a safe space for animals to be their own sweet, goofy selves. I live just a few minutes from Stuart Nelson dog park so we can easily take a field trip in order for your favorite pooch to run off extra energy and make new friends. I also have a yard where I love to play fetch and such with the pups. And inside we have comfy lounging spaces with baskets for toys.

Availability
I currently work full time from home during the day, so I am available all day to care for pets at my house, and am available during the nights for in-home pet sitting, with the option to pop in during the day to let your furry friend out if they cannot wait until after 5 for a potty break.
