Pet care experience
I have had dogs in my home since I was 8 years old. This began a life long love of animals. I have professional experience with zoos and aquariums making me very familiar with both animal care and training. I am knowledgeable and observant. I have a fenced backyard that my two dachshunds love. Our animals rule our home! I am open to animals on furniture, however, I am willing to reinforce whatever your pet is familiar with. I am available for doggy day care, boarding, check-ins and walks. I also have knowledge and experience for your exotic pets including snakes, lizards, birds, and small mammals. I take care of the animals of others like I care for my own. I know that dogs are more than just pets...They're family!

Kristen is a great puppy sitter. She did such a great job the first time, that we just had to bring Chester back again. Always takes great care of our little guy and sends us updates throughout the day with some pictures. Nice sized backyard for Chester to run around as well as 2 awesome dachshunds to play with! Definitely bringing Chester back again on our next trip.
Kristen was absolutely amazing! She kept us updated throughout the entire stay and sent us a lot of pictures! Also, had a lot of great space in the backyard for our little Chester to run around. We're definitely going to be using her again in the near future!
Kristen was amazing! I felt comfortable with our dog staying at her house. We have another Rover sitter who had to cancel and Kriten stepped right in! She sent me frequent updates and sent several pictures. Which we loved! She has tons of experience with animals. We will definitely be booking again! Highly recommend her to anyone!!!!
Kristen has a love and passion for all creatures big and small, wild and domestic. She believes all animals should be cared for and loved. Kristen has had much experience with animals in internships, volunteering and jobs with zoos, animals parks and sanctuaries. This including 6 weeks in South Africa working with penguins. She also has 2 Dachshunds and Sun Conure of her own. Kristen was there for me when I hurt my back and helped take care of my greyhound, taking her out for her walks. She would be a great person to care for others pets when they need someone that is caring and loving to step in for them. She would a wonderful addition to the Rover family.
