Honestly this has to be one of the worst experiences I ever have experienced with Rover. First, Kristen was not responsive and maybe that should’ve been the first red flag. When we went to drop of my dogs to her apartment she did not answer. I was waiting for a half an hour until she finally responded to me. She wasn’t even ready and had us wait for her to get ready. She told us she forgot that it was today and thought it was the next day she had to watch them. Extremely unprofessional. Second I got no responses throughout the first three days of her having them. I was worried about my pets. She finally sent a photo and update that they are fine and that she didn’t respond because she wasn’t feeling well. I want to understand but she could’ve just replied when she fed them or took them out. I don’t trust her caring for my pets ever again. When we picked them up someone else handed our dogs to us. He didn’t say anything and it just felt so off. Maybe you will have a good experience but this was probably the worst I ever have on here. The lack of communication really is the worst part.

Kristen was very friendly and it was clear when we picked up our 8-month puppy that he'd had a good time socializing with a couple of other visiting dogs. She was graciously forgiving about the fact that our dog had a few potty accidents in her home, which we did not anticipate since he has a well-established routine at our place. Overall, we were very pleased with the care Kristen provided for our dog.
