Kristen looked after my two pups while I was away for 1.5 months. Naturally I was anxious about leaving them for such a long time, but Kristen was wonderful at easing my worries! The day before I had to leave on my extended trip, one of my pups got sick with an infection. I was beyond stressed having to leave while he was unwell, and Kristen just stepped up to the plate without any hesitation about the extra responsibility that she had to unexpectedly take on. I cannot recommend her highly enough for this. She reassured me about continuing his treatment until he was better, she was positive throughout, and she updated me about his condition. I left her with A LOT of instructions as to their food and medicines and she handled everything like a professional champion. She is responsible and communicative. She sent me photos of her and my puppies on walks & hikes. Besides that, she provides 5-star service! She was extremely accommodating to me on the (hectic) day of my departure with the handoff, and also upon my return because my flight came in very late. She even gave both dogs baths while I was away and made sure they were fresh for our reunion! I could tell my dogs were well taken care of and not stressed when I met them. I'm so glad I found Kristen (& her sweetie Bailey) and I would definitely request her again!
