I have past dog sitting experience for about 10 years, with many repeat clients while I lived in Michigan. I also grew up with dogs and currently have a dog of my own. As of September 2024, I started up pet sitting again.

I will keep a close eye on pets to make sure they are safe in the house and while outside. If your pet is staying at my home, I will keep them on a leash (slip lead) while outside since I do not have a fenced in yard. I also have gates in my house to keep them from going out the front door and separate your dog from mine when needed. I will give them play time, attention, and affection. They can also have play time with my dog if in my home. Their meals will be at or close to the normal times they are used to and I will administer meds if needed. I will monitor their water, refilling and changing water when needed. I will treat your precious fur babies as if they were my own. Would prefer small to medium sized dogs (about 60 lbs or less) in my home. Please, only non-smoking homes for care of your pets in your home.

Please let me know ahead of time how your dog is with other dogs if coming for doggy day care or boarding at my home. Your dog will need to do a meet and greet with my dog before comfirming a booking. Please let me know of any specific behaviors, their likes and dislikes, how well they respond to commands of someone who isn't their owner, any separation anxiety they may have, special needs, food allergies, and medications.
A typical day
I will give your pets affection and cuddles, fun play time outside in your fenced in yard or inside with toys. They can have play time with toys and my dog if in my home. I want your pets to be able to get the stimulation and affection they need so they aren't bored or lonely.

Pet sitting is my main job, so I have free time to be able to pet sit when needed during the week for drop-in visits, doggy day care or boarding.
