Animals, especially dogs, are my favorite way to spend my time. I am endlessly facinated by them and the way they experience emotions, us and the world around them. Do they really perceive our intense love for them the way we do and return those feelings? Do they feel shame or guilt? What about their dreams? My most recent read is “What It’s Like to Be a Dog“ by Gregory Berns. It’s about the science side of a dogs mind, but if you like that kind of thing I highly recommend it! I have been working with a partner for over three years now, cultivating animal care clients. I’m located in Green Hills, but am willing to travel as far as Franklin for overnight housesitting visits. Additionally, I do pet sitting in my home, which is a good alternative rather than putting your pet in a kennel where they might not get the individualized love & care they need. Whether staying in your home or mine, I have my sweet & playful chihuahua mix pup, Ziggy Stardust, that is very well trained and plays well with all friendly dogs. I can even bring him with me to your home (no extra charge 😁), if you like, as an bonus playmate for your pup(s). Ziggy loves to play, play, play all day long and acts as a good tool toward socializing your dog(s). He’s my Chief Playtime Coordinator!!
