Dogs and cats have been a consistent part of my life; whether it's caring for them, helping an owner catch one that escaped, or finding lost ones. My family's had a Silky Terrier for the last 18 years, and we had to put her down in May of 2022. In 2016, I adopted my Dachshund/Cocker Spaniel, Dash, in college and have had him with me since. If you book me for an overnight stay, my Mom will watch him for me when I stay at your place. The animals always come first! When you're away, every day you'll receive at least two photos, a video, and a description of how your pet has been acting, eating, and playing, and if there were any inconsistent behaviors adjusting to you being gone. I will send all photos and videos via text message. You will have access to my personal number in case you'd like to video chat as well. I understand that every animal is different, but I'm very comfortable watching and walking any breed and size. I've interacted with aggressive, timid, and senior animals, and am aware that every animal has their own personality. If your animal needs special treatment, such as oral medication, prescription food, or shots, please walk me through how you'd like me to administer them. I will listen to your instructions and do what you normally do with your animal on a daily basis.

Krisee went above and beyond to make sure my cat was cared for and stayed in constant contact to update me on how she was doing. My cat warmed up to Krisee more than she ever has with someone besides me and I felt confident that she was very happy while I was away. My apartment was even left cleaner than I had left it. I can’t recommend Krisee enough!
Krisee was the best. We got multiple updates about eating/playing/activities with photos every day which made us feel a lot better being away. We could tell she genuinely cared for our pets and wanted to make them feel comfortable the whole time. She left everything clean and tidy and after a long trip was much appreciated. Would 1000% book again!
I am so happy with Krisee‘s first housesitting stay. She communicated with pictures and updates regularly over my long weekend getaway. I know my pets very well and could see in the videos and pictures, they were very comfortable with Krisee and doing very well. That is so important to me. And- Krisee cleaned up so nicely after herself and the pets. I really appreciated that so much!

I'm comfortable watching any breed, any size, and any age. As long as you tell me how you'd like me to care for them, if I need to be prepared for anything, or if their behavior is something to note, I'm happy to care for them.
A typical day
I'm more than happy to take your dog to the park, for a walk around the neighborhood, or play with them at home. Please let me know if you'd me to work on any commands or do anything specific if we do go out. Even if your dog is trained to walk off-leash, I will request a leash and collar/harness to use to refrain from having any situations come up while I have them. If I take your dog for a walk, I will cross the street with them if there's another dog on our path so we may avoid any interactions.

Availability
I work remotely Monday through Friday, so I can stay with your pet in your home all day. My job doesn't require much attention and I have a very flexible schedule, so I'd be able to prioritize you, your pet, and the times you need me.
