Booked 3 visits a day. 6 to 8 am. 2 to 3PM and no later than 930 at night. The 3rd day showed up at 1030am. 2 and half hours late. Never showed for afternoon. Had to call somebody else to come in. 4the day showed at 1030am. Never showed for afternoon. Sitter had our numbers she never contacted to say she couldn't come those afternoons. On the 4the afternoon I texted her and asked how the puppies were and she said great. My house has a security system that tells me when she comes and goes and everytime a door is open and closed. She gave the dog 3 to 5 minutes to do their business. When I asked for refund for the 2 missed times. She stated your dogs were looked after and at least their alive. We had to come home early from trip because we did not know if she would finish the job as paid for. Total failure

I needed a dog sitter the last minute and Kourtnee was gracious enough to accommodate us. She took good care of our dog, clipped her nails and gave her a bath. Great job thank you for taking good care of Bitsy.
