Trusted care for your fur baby
Pet care experience
I recently lost my dog to cancer, so I know all too well that the time we have to spend with our dogs is precious, and that it can be difficult to be away from them for any amount of time. My goal is to make your time apart a bit easier, for both you and your pup, by putting as much time, effort, and love into caring for your dog as I did my own. *I am unable to provide house sitting for households with cats due to allergies. Experience: •Very experienced with elderly dog care and dogs with special medical/dietary needs •Experienced with diapered dog care/pee pad needs (for both elderly dogs and puppies) •Can care for multiple dogs at once Additional Services: •Grooming: will bathe, dry, and brush dog upon request (anti-flea/tick shampoo available) •Leash training: how to walk without pulling, heel on command, and to sit and wait after using the restroom for it to be picked up •Command training: sit, stay, heel, lay down, go to crate/bed. •Trick training: shake/paw, roll-over, speak, hoop-jumping, closing /opening doors, and item fetching) (Training effectiveness varies depending on the trainability, motivation, age, and intelligence of dog)
Reviews
Kortney took amazing care of our senior dog while our family took a much needed vacation. We took a chance on Rover. So glad we did! She kept us informed of how our baby was doing and sent us pictures. She brought our mail in too. We would definitely use Kortney for sitting services again. She is reliable and trustworthy. I’m convinced our dog is missing her already and has been looking for her. Thanks for everything Kortney! If you need a sitter we would highly recommend.
Kortney was amazing with our girl, Luna! We will definitely use her again in the future!
I was thrilled with Kortney before we even left town! She took notes about care instructions, kept me updated, took my pup to her home to play with her dogs, and so much more. She was hired at a time that her family experienced an emergency and she still arranged to make sure a Kobe was cared for and didn’t bail on us. We feel so safe leaving our boy with her and plan to do so again in the future!
Kortney was very professional and kept us in the loop with pictures and texts during her weekend with Rizzo. She gave him his pills on time and kept our home very clean. We would definitely reach out to her again in the future.

Boarding Environment: •Home is professionally cleaned bi-weekly and sanitized thoroughly after each boarding including the sanitizing of dog beds and toys (when applicable) •I live with my mother, father, and sister, so there will always be someone here to provide companionship for your pup! •We have two dogs, Lily and Cooper. They’re 2-year old Golden Retriever-Boxer mixes and are incredibly friendly. We’ve been boarding dogs since adopting them so they are very well socialized and get along great with all breeds! •Dogs are able to be out of crate/free in house so long as they are potty trained. We allow dogs on the furniture (including sleeping in our beds at night) but will enforce whatever rules your pet has at home. •The yard is unfenced but I have long cable/tethering options for dogs to roam without worry. •A large lake in the backyard for water-loving dogs to swim in (weather applicable) with post-swim bath services available. •Your dog will be provided with a range of items to ensure they have the most comfortable stay possible. Including; a memory foam dog bed, an orthopedic dog bed, puppy puzzles, tons of exciting toys, and plenty of treats, bones, and chews (upon owner approval).

Information Kortney C. would like to know about your pet
Willing to watch all dog types! For safety purposes, I ask that you disclose if your dog has ever shown aggressive tendencies/behaviors towards strangers and (if so) what triggered that reaction. I also require that boarding clients have up to date vaccines. Please let me know if your dog has any special medical or dietary needs (especially food allergies) and I will adjust my care plan accordingly. Is it okay to give your dog treats? What about dog-friendly table food such as peanut butter? What is your dogs play style? Do they ever get aggressive/possessive over toys or treats? How does your dog do on car rides? Any history of vomiting or motion sickness? Does your dog get along well with other dogs?
A typical day
Activities for all dog personalities: •If your dog is the adventurous type we'll hike the trails of Caesar Creek, Keehner Park or Sharon Woods. (There's also plenty of paved trails to hike around Voice of America Park, Heritage Park, and downtown Loveland if you'd prefer your pooch stay out of the woods.) •Social butterflies can look forward to trips to Wiggly Feild Dog Park or Schappacher Dog Park. •Homebodies can lounge in the back yard, take a swim in the pond, or nap indoors by the fireplace •Lots of balls, squeaky toys, ropes, chew toys and bones to play with if they get restless •Owner approved special outings: Car rides to Starbucks for a dog-friendly puppuccino (2 tablespoons of whipped cream in a cup), trips to local pet stores to pick out a new toy or treat, and car rides to Loveland Sweets for homemade doggie cookies! No matter the activity, BBB your dog will have a blast and you'll receive a photo capturing the moment!
