I have been a social worker for the past 15 years and I lost my pet - a beagle/terrier mix last year. I had Sasha for 16 years before she developed cancer. She stayed at home with me up until the very end. I miss her and feel the need to fill the void of unconditional love. My one son has a labradoodle and my other son has a boxer. I enjoy the company of pets but I am not ready to have another pet of my own. I live in an apartment but have a nice size living room for the dog or dogs to play. I do not have any restrictions so pets are allowed on the couch and bed just like Sasha did. I do have a balcony for fresh air which is enclosed. The only thing I ask is that the pet is house broken and can stay alone without any incidents.
