First and foremost, I want to say my girls were super well cared for and they seemed to really Kobina. I’m not sure if this was a miscommunication but I paid for Kobina to stay overnight and I’m unsure that happened every single night I paid for. The morning I got back in from my work trip it was pretty obvious he didn’t spend the night. There were several instances that I got a text from my neighbor about the dogs barking in the middle of the night. That only happens when they are left alone, regardless of the noise my neighbors are making. My windows were left open overnight in winter and so I know my heating bill is going to be high this month. I was getting Nest notifications about the heating working overtime several times over my work trip. Again, the girls were well cared for but I don’t think we were on the same page on what was paid for. If I pay someone and sign up for in-home care and spending the night here I’m expecting that or clear communication that there might be some instances that won’t work out.

Kobina was fantastic. He was communicative and took great care of our dog and cat while we were gone for the holidays. He was intentional to set up 2 meet and greets before we left to ease the transition for our anxious rescue dog. He sent us video and photo updates every day and left our house in spotless condition when he left. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
